Day 6 - The funky chicken walk

Well, I knew those 200 squats would come back to haunt me today, but I was trooper, got up early and put in my 40 minutes. 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes in the afternoon, 10 minutes in the evening and another 10 minutes while procrastinating. Working out has got to be the best excuse for not cleaning the house. Clean house or live longer? Which would you choose? If you chose clean the house, let's talk, okay.

All in all, it was a good day even though I walked like I was dancing the funky chicken for most of it.

Until tomorrow..get up and work out, even if it's only for 10 minutes.
