Day 22 - Friends bring out the best in us!

Friends rock! Seriously! Today, I had a blast playing catch-up and walking with my friend. The last time we walked together, we kept to flat areas, but today, we challenged ourselves, we got dangerous and included a hill to our walk. Yeah! We did it...it took us an extra 30 minutes to walk up the hill, but we did it!

Friends bring out the best in us, they challenge us and encourage us to do our best. Find a buddy and get outside for a walk. You would be surprised how a 40 minute walk easily becomes an hour and 15 minute workout session that goes by way too fast.

Until tomorrow, find a buddy, get outside and walk, jog or run. You can do it!
