Leave it to me to mess up the record keeping on this blog. That's what happens when you don't blog on the same day as your workouts, huh.
I found my handy dandy (yes, I used to watch Blues Clues too) calendar, the same one that I used to keep track of my volunteer activities and started writing down the dates of my workouts on to the 40 days calendar.
Try keeping track of post it notes, torn out binder sheets, recycled papers and you have a great learning lesson on why it's so important to be organized. Although I heard you can be messy and organized at the same time. Seriously, that is what I heard.
