and they tasted so good. Not sure what Dr. Oz would say about that, but I don't really have to worry too much because I'm almost 100% sure that he's not reading my blog.
For today's workout, I thought it would be cool to workout while playing catch-up with my friends on the phone. Usually, I'm washing dishes, folding laundry, or cleaning floors when we talk on the phone. So, why not try something different today, like working out while I'm on the phone with my buddy. Great idea, right?
Well...if your friends could get through the huffing and panting or the sound of your squeaky bike, I say you got some really AWESOME friends, the keeper kind of friends. So...yesterday, I called up a couple of friends and worked out for a whopping 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was so sore at the end of the day, but wow..what an awesome workout!
I probably shouldn't publish the amount of time I spent on the phone yesterday, just in case hubby is reading my blog, hmmm.
Until tomorrow, get your 40 minutes in...and if you need to call a friend while you're working out, make sure they are the keeper kind of friends, just in case.
